Begin with a useful conversation.

If your studio is considering a better website, a more intentional inquiry journey, or a calmer way for clients to move through projects, the first step is a one-hour consultation.

There is no expectation to arrive with a perfect brief. Bring the question that has been difficult to resolve.

Or write directly to founder@mblabs.agency.

What the consultation is for

This is a working conversation, not a scripted sales call.

We can look at:

  • The kind of projects, clients, and future your studio is trying to create.

  • Where the current digital experience feels out of step with the work.

  • The moments where prospective clients, active clients, or your team lose clarity.

  • Whether the problem is worth solving now, and what a sensible first step could be.

You should leave with a more useful understanding of the situation — whether or not a project follows.

This conversation is likely useful if

  • Your studio delivers high-consideration residential work and wants its digital presence to reflect that standard.

  • Your current website earns admiration but does not consistently create the right kind of enquiry.

  • Your client experience depends too heavily on scattered messages, manual follow-up, or individual memory.

  • You are at a point of change: a new direction, a growing team, a more discerning client base, or a process that needs to catch up with the studio you have become.

Choose the time that suits you

What happens after you reach out

  1. Step 1

    Share a little context

Include your studio name, website, location, and the question you would like to explore.

  2. Step 2

    Choose a time

We will arrange a one-hour consultation at a mutually suitable time.

  3. Step 3

    Leave with clarity

If there is a strong fit, the next step will be explained clearly. If there is not, you will still have a more grounded way to think about the decision.

Project-cycle availability

MB LABS opens a limited number of new studio partnerships in focused cycles of up to three projects. Consultations can take place throughout the year; project starts are planned around the next available cycle. This structure protects the attention required for meaningful work and makes availability transparent before any commitment is made.
